'Hovering' Hm yes. adding a full onyx bodysuit under this armor makes it look 95% less 'risque' also would make sense if Valeera would be going to a frigid area.  understandable why blizzard decided to make Valeera in her normal way being inspired from the Female Ninja Kunoichi's revealing garb to seduce the enemy.
